Pillow Alterations - Yes, we do. This shouldn't be an issue, but this requires deconstruction of the Entire pillow, and we will more than likely to use one of our zippers. Also this will decrease the Pillow size by about 1/2"inch - 1"inch.Pillow Cover finished size would be around 23.5"x 23.5" -  23"x23" - As you have to be able to attach the Welt/Piping to the fabric.
